Here's a curved ball. February 2011 - The house is now occupied again after approx. 25 years empty. The occupier went to prison in the early 80's after killing his Wife Lydia. The reason for the murder is not known but he's done a long strech for it and is now back living there. This explains the "LYDIA I LOVE YOU" Grafitti thats been on the front boundary wall for as long as I can remember.

Went past again, very slowly, no sign of anyone moving back in. In the grand scheme of things, the "I love lydia" has been a fairly recent addition.

Tamworth Herald shows £775,000
Rightmove shows £775,000
The Howkins & Harrison brochure accessed via Rightmove shows £775,000.
Was the £785,000 above slight finger trouble ?

Hi there,
I wrote to a gentleman called Mr.G Tyso regarding this property, I did not withhold any of my details as we were seriously interested, but why on earth would someone be so vague on a house they want over £650k for???
I have since seen that it is for sale with howkins & harrison for £785k and looking at the pics there must have been a bit of tidying up carried out.
However still not worth that in my opinion!
